INDIBLOGGER ORGANISED a bloggers meet at Kyra Theatre, Bangalore on February 22 2010.More than 100 bloggers of various flavours attended the session.

INDIBLOGGER ORGANISED a bloggers meet at Kyra Theatre, Bangalore on February 22 2010. More than 100 bloggers of various flavours attended the session.

The audience ranged from full-time professional bloggers to those who were yet to start blogging. There were 18 years old bloggers to 60 years young bloggers. The only thing common among all was the passion for blogging and their Indian origin.

The event started with 30-seconds-of-fame where each blogger introduced himself and his blog. This was followed by a ‘networking’ round. To make it more interesting and meaningful, each blogger was given a chart-paper which was to be hung around the neck and a crayon.

The idea was to scribble something on the other’s chart-paper after one has met the other. As there were more than 100 attendees, this would help people remember each other. After this, there was an open-house discussion on blogging. Various aspects of blogging ranging from the widgets and html code to plagiarism, marketing and monetization were discussed.
