A RECENTLY published survey regarding the usage of internet in the Middle East. The survey found the internet crowd population in the Middle East increasing drastically. I have some statistics. The internet using population in the world is only 130 crore. According to UN prediction, world population would cross 900 crore mark by 2050, i.e. 40 years from now. Then internet will be the most powerful medium of communication.
Seventy percent respondents to the survey said that their contact is more online than offline. This gives hints about the new social networking revolution across the globe. Internet would be the key in the future for communication. Social networking is the new trend in the developing countries and it is here to stay.
