Internet is a miracle with which we all have learned to live and thrive. It shows us the whole world at just one click, but the Internet also gives us unbridled freedom, and can invade our privacy.
THE INTERNET provides us with vast information as well as as gives us a view of the whole world with just one click. Internet is the fastest medium of information. The day is not far when it will become a basic necessity for everyone. There is no check on visiting many illegal websites. Porn videos and loads of abusive things are available on the internet. Children are misleaded with all this kind of stuff at a small age. There should be some restrictions on the websites containing content that can harm the psyche of impressionable children. Even highly adult content should be highly regulated.
Moreover, there are many id hackers on the net. The email ids on social networking sites such as Facebook and Orkut get easily hacked by people and they misuse it by abusing people. Many abusive emails are also received on our email ids, clearly prooving that there is no check or restriction on the internet.
