To add to the existing problems on Apple iPhone 4, the 5 megapixel camera is reportedly having white balance problems. The iPhone 4 camera apparently takes yellow images as compared to its earlier counterparts, Apple iPhone 3G and 3GS.
iPhone 4 and iOS 4 has hit the market with lots of controversies and problems associated with it. iPhone 3G has got issues after installing iOS 4. iPhone 4 reception issues, iPhone 4 antenna problem, signal bar issue along with Exchange Server ActiveSync issues are some of the most common complaints from users.
To add to the existing problems on Apple iPhone 4, the 5 megapixel camera is reportedly having white balance problems. The iPhone 4 camera apparently takes yellow images as compared to its earlier counterparts, Apple iPhone 3G and 3GS.Little is known whether the iPhone 4 camera issue is hardware related or a software related one. There has not been any official comment on it as yet from Apple.
Some tech geek at a tech site has compared the camera images and found that Apple iPhone 4’s 5 megapixel camera produces yellow images whether or not the iPhone 4 LED flash is used.It seems that as with other iPhone 4 problems related to iOS 4 this one too is software issue. It may be an incorrect detection of colours by the camera. Resetting the iPhone 4, by holding the Home and Sleep/Wake button until the screen becomes dark and the white Apple logo appears, can solve the problem. Restoring it is another option by plugging the iPhone 4 to your Mac or PC and choosing restore. Hope it solves the problem else you can always visit the Apple store and get it solved.
