IPL 2015: Mumbai Indians player Harbhajan Singh's unique record of 100 out of 100
Only a few weeks back, senior cricketer of the Mumbai Indians, Harbhajan Singh, had created two records while playing against Kings XI Punjab. He had become the first batsman in the IPL to score fastest 50 in just 19 balls while playing at number 8 position. Also, with that particular game, he became third highest run getter by scoring a total of 64 runs of 24 balls as the eighth batsman.

On Sunday, while playing against Royal Challengers Bangalore, Harbhajan Singh has created a somewhat amazing record when he took his 100th IPL wicket in his 100th IPL game. This happens to be rare event that a bowler has achieved this feat of getting 100th wicket in IPL during his 100th game.

Through this impressive performance, off spinner Harbhajan Singh showed his magic and played a key role in keeping Royal Challengers Bangalore 18 runs short of Mumbai Indians' 209 for 7 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday night. The impact of his bowling was clearly visible as all three important wickets taken by Harbhajan happen to be Manvinder Bisla, Chris Gayle and Rilee Rossouw.

Obviously, Harbhajan Singh became winner of the Man of the match reward for his impressive figures of 3 for 27. Singh said it was good to be doing something for the team. In fact it was the brilliant spell by Harbhajan Singh that the Royal Challengers Bangalore was struggling at 63 for 3 in the 11th over.

Harbhajan Singh is now standing at third spot in the list of highest IPL wicket takers behind Malinga and Amit Mishra.

Many of the fans of the game feel that with this particular personal achievement, Harbhajan Singh has regained his momentum which will boost his morale and hopefully he will repeat such impressive and result oriented performance for his team in the next matches.
