IPL 2018 match preview: RR vs MI
In match number 21 of VIVO IPL 2018 Rajasthan Royals play host to the Mumbai Indians at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Sunday.

Both teams are at the bottom half of the standings. While Rajasthan just have two wins from five outings, Mumbai Indians who play their fifth match of the season tonight, opened their account in their previous game against the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Both the teams are dejected and desperately need a win.

Mumbai Indians, who have a history of starting slowly and then catching up, will be feeling confident after opening their account in their previous outing.

MI return after a four-day rest and would be hoping that their skipper Rohit Sharma's good form continues. Sharma's 94-run match winning performance against RCB laid the foundation for their win. In bowling department, Mitchell McClenaghan who was included in the playing XI against RCB justified his selection by returning with figures of two for 24 in three overs. Other than him Jasprit Bumrah, Mustafizur Rahman and Krunal Pandya, are also in good form and have the capacity to turn the game around.

For Rajasthan, Sanju Samson and skipper Ajinkya Rahane have clicked for the team on several occasions. Ben Stokes and Ishan Kishan also have a chance to prove their mettle when they take to the field today.

However, Rajasthan have to create a balance in their bowling attack. Their three leading seamers Jaydev Unadkat, Ben Laughlin and Ben Stokes have proved to be costly and have also failed to take wickets.

With 10 wins in the Indian Premier League against Rajasthan from 16 games, Mumbai look a more accomplished side and could defeat the Royals at their home.
