IPL 8: Banned KKR spinner Sunil Narine gets BCCI's green signal to bowl again
Here comes a big relief for KKR's struggling captain Gautam Gambhir as the BCCI has finally allowed Sunil Narine to bowl again but with final warning. Yes, West Indies and KKR spinner Sunil Narine has been given clearance to bowl once again by the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) but the magical spinner has been given a "final warning".

Narine had to undergo another biomechanical test at the Sri Ramachandra Sports Sciences Centre in Chennai last week after being banned by the BCCI from bowling off-spin.

The result thereof has been evaluated by the BCCI panel comprising former players S Venkataraghavan, Javagal Srinath and former umpire AV Jayaprakash.

A tweet by IPL says, "BCCI Suspect Bowling Action Committee clears Sunil Narine to bowl, but gives final warning."

This happened to be the third time that Narine had undergone the test this season. During the IPL season 8 he took the test after the umpires reported some of the deliveries during the Sunrisers Hyderabad-Kolkata Knight Riders match.

After the earlier testing, he was allowed to bowl the knuckle ball and the quicker ones but not the off-breaks. But finally he has now been allowed to use his entire repertoire; however it has been made clear that another incident of an umpire reporting his action could result in a ban for the entire season.

The defending champions KKR will especially be relieved at hearing the news as so far their journey in the ongoing IPL has not been very promising. Sunil Narine has not played in any match for his team since being reported this season.

Although his performance has not been up to the mark but it is apprehended that with the restrictions gone, he will defiantly utilize his skills fully in the remaining matches to stage a come-back as he has got a great fan following.
