IPL Preview: KKR vs RR
With identical win-loss record - two wins from four matches in IPL 2014 so far, both Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders are set for an encounter later today at Abu Dhabi. One could expect bollywood connections with KKR led by Shahrukh Khan and RR by Shilpa Shetty in the stands as well, but it is the game of cricket, which would assume importance.

Rajasthan would be a confident unit after defeating one of the strongest team in the competition RCB with ease. It was their bowlers, which dismissed RCB for a paltry score of 70 runs, where Tambe was the most successful bowler taking four wickets.

KKR with their strong experience in the bowling line up would not be an easy opponent for Royals. Players such as Kallis, Gambhir, Uthappa, Lynn, Pandey are decent players in the shorter format of the game to put a good score on the board. It is not only their batmsen, which look strong, but also their bowlers such as Narine, Chawla, Morne Morkel, Kallis, Umesh Yadav etc, who could make life difficult for the Rajasthan batsmen.

Rajasthan, to a certain extent would depend on the batting exploits of Shane Watson, who has been the mainstay for Royals for some years now. But, in due time, other players such as Samson, Binny have also come up the ranks to form a formidable batting unit along with Rahane at the top.

It is their bowlers, who form the weak link in the sqaud. Tim Southee holds the ace for Royals, else they don't have much hope. With Tambe's good performance in the previous match, all eyes would be on Tambe. But, will he be able to deliver once again?
