Irregularities and mass bungling in R&B Deptt. Bhaderwah
Bhallah-Malothi road is live example of irregularities and mass bungling in R&B Department Bhaderwah. The pictures of worst condition of recently blacktopped Bhallah to Luddar Bayen road reflect the work culture of the department due to use of substandard material.

While pointing out the damaged portion of the road, social activist Majid Batt demanded inquiry by State Vigilance Organization ( SVO) in order to book the officials of R&B department Bhaderwah, who are responsible for allowing the contractor to use the substandard material in the road  work.

Meanwhile a provincial level representative of an NGO "All India Security Council" Said that these contractors should be blacklisted for ever. Only then one will be able to see better roads in their districts in general and Bhaderwah in particular.

It is important here to mention that last year in the month of October this citizen journalist had visited Malothi area during an an assignment, when the work was going on this road and after observing irregularities in the work, on the spot I informed concerned officer in R&B Bhaderwah on cell.

The official was informed that the work is not going on as per the NIT and substandard material is being used. At that time the official assured that he would look into the matter. On visting the area again it was shocking  to find that the black top was totally washed away.

This road is just 10 km from the district headquarter linked with Doda- Bhaderwah road at Bhalla. Just imagine what will be the condition of those roads which are very far away from the district headquarter Doda.
