Is Tata Nano safe?
With the recent fire that broke inside a Nano car in Sri lanka, one question has definitely sprung up once again. How safe is Tata Nano? There have been numerous fire incidents in a Nano car in India too.

TATO NANO, the cheapest car in India, was introduced in the Indian market in the year 2009, by Ratan Tata. The car instantly became famous as it soon began to draw comparison with other cars such as Ford Model T and Volkswagen Bettle. There have been some reports, which suggest that there must be some fault in the car itself, as there have been several cases where the car has caught fire. A recent fire broke out in a Nano car in Sri Lanka too, which has once again brought the car into the limelight for the wrong reasons.

The manufacturing company, Tata, has to look into the matter with great concern as cases like these have been on the rise. It would not keep them in good stead if such cases pop up every now and then. When a team of experts looked into the issue they did not see any engineering faults that have led to this fire in Nano.

With the car catching fire on numerous occasions, one question has come up to the forefront, is Tata Nano a safe car? Debates have been going on about the advantages and the disadvantages attached with the car for some time now.

Tata needs to answer some tough questions about the car’s safety, as they had added several safety measures in the month of May, this year. It seems that the company has not been able to sort out the issue with their cars. The company needs to be very careful with these kinds of fire incident, which has been taking place regularly.  It is sure to hit them hard, which could eventually lead in decrease of sales.
