TATO NANO, the cheapest car in India, was introduced in the Indian market in the year 2009, by Ratan Tata. The car instantly became famous as it soon began to draw comparison with other cars such as Ford Model T and Volkswagen Bettle. There have been some reports, which suggest that there must be some fault in the car itself, as there have been several cases where the car has caught fire. A recent fire broke out in a Nano car in Sri Lanka too, which has once again brought the car into the limelight for the wrong reasons.

It would not keep them in good stead if such cases pop up every now and then. When a team of experts looked into the issue they did not see any engineering faults that have led to this fire in Nano.
