Now, what exactly would be the criteria of selection of these captains, what would be their roles, what and when each one of them will be supposed to act, who will assign responsibilities to them, etc, are some of the burning question of the hour. Things are still not made crystal clear but the concept has surely raised numerous hands in objection and some in affirmation as well.
