Is yoga helpful in achieving a flexible body?
Yoga has several benefits if one does it in daily life. It helps to live a healthy and better life forever. The good practice of yoga has several benefits both for the mind as well as for the body. The asana was practiced to keep the mind and soul together that will automatically circulate the smooth functioning of the organs in the body. The proper functioning of the organs will make the body flexible and balance it in a much better way.

Several questions come to the mind when a person is concerned about their health. They mainly get confused regarding the various health tips and solution that are available on the internet or books. But they forget the natural treatment to stay healthy which is the yoga asana. The yoga asana has an immense number of benefits for the body without taking any artificial products.

The asana is the ancient form of the yoga that was practiced by the yogis since years. With the rise in the technology and communication process, those techniques were published in the books and shown on the internet. People started adopting those techniques by admitting themselves in various yoga training institutes or schools.

The yoga asana has several benefits that will only be realised after adopting them in a proper and relevant way. The asana of yoga is grouped according to the various processes of the body. There is various yoga flexibility poses for developing better breathing process, to make the body parts more flexible, to circulate the flow of blood properly and much more. The flexibility of the body will be achieved after practicing the yoga asana.

The benefits of yoga asana:

Cat and cow pose:

Out of various yoga stretching poses, this one is more effective and beneficial for the beginners. It is one type of warm exercise that is in the shape of the table where the wrist will be below the shoulders, and the knees will be below the hips. The palms and the tops of the feet are pressed against the mat. Inhale once and then exhale. Continue the pose for more than a minute regularly and slowly increase the time.

Intense side stretch:

The yoga routine for flexibility is necessary to maintain. The intense side stretches the people to maintain the flexibility throughout their life. The pose works on the spine. Stand still with the legs apart from each other. Close the arms behind the back and slowly lean forward to touch the knee with the head. Return in the same manner in the upright position and continue this for some time to improve the flexibility of the spine.

Plough poses (Hal asana):

The asana helps to stretch the lower back and position of the body which is very much helpful for relieving the tensions and stress of the body. Lie on the back and with the help of the arms stretch on the left and right side of the body. Then slowly and gradually lift the legs to bring the feet above. Gently lift the back and move the feet apart.

Pyramid pose:

The asana helps to strengthen the quadriceps of the body. Stretch the front leg and step the back foot forward so that both the feet will be a distance apart. Then turn the back heel down to the floor and form a pyramid shape by lifting the hands in a straight way.
