IT sector creating new jobs
The software and IT sector regaining its energy and creating the new jobs as the clouds of economical crisis melting down. Now the situation is much better than the previous days and the companies have again started recruiting new candidates.
THE SOFTWARE and IT sector is regaining its energy and creating the new jobs as the clouds of economical crisis melting down. The software and IT sector dare not to open their gates for new employees for the past two years as the global economical crisis badly hit the industry. Many more companies showed the doors for their employees to minimise the cost of production and some organisations reduced the salaries.

But now the situation is much better than the previous days and the companies and consultancies again start recruiting the new candidates in various positions. The premier software company of India Tata consultancy announced that it is going to recruit around 30,000 candidates in coming financial year and Infosys told that they are opening doors for 15000 people. In the same way, Wipro is also recruiting 8000 employees by next year.

Apart from the above companies Tech Mahindra, Cognizant technologies, and some other companies also in the way to recruit the employees. But the candidates have to remember that the salaries may not be on par with the previous days. The companies dare not to pay more as they are not fully recovered from the crisis. Recently Mahindra Satyam company announced that it is going to recruit the people who were offered letters before enlightening the Satyam computer scam. Recently around 1100 students from Jawahar Knowledge Centers (JKC) got selected for various companies from all over the state. And 1,275 candidates are waiting for the results. JKCs are being organised by the government of Andhra Pradesh.

Oxygen for job consultancies
 
The recovering of IT sector gives oxygen to the job consultancies. Now the consultancies are informing their candidates to update the resumes and keep in touch with them. The software training centers in Hyderabad are opening the doors with new courses.
