Kristen, 22, was alleged to have cheated her boyfriend with Director Rupert Sanders when pictures of the Twilight actress, in the arms of the 41-year-old who has two young children with model wife Liberty Ross.  While Kristen issued her apology to the world, Rupert also felt ashamed of his act. Rupert too has reportedly followed suit, telling people: 'I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family. My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together,' Mail Online reported.

On one side, Rob is devastated by the act of Kristen, the fans of 22-year-old actress came forward to justify her mistake. "Kristen is absolutely devastated. It was a mistake and a complete lapse in judgement,” a source told People's magazine. "She wasn't having an affair with Rupert. It was just a fleeting moment that shouldn't have happened. She never meant to hurt anyone. She's a good person who just made a bad choice." said one of her admirers.

Sanders' wife, Liberty Ross, 33, is also affected badly by this news about her husband and posted a questionable tweet, "Wow," she simply wrote. Ross, who stars as Stewart's mother in the Snow White flick has two children with Sander.

This all started when the most unsettling pictures were published which were taken from inside a parked car, where Stewart and Sanders seem to be kissing. While the actress' face is turned from the camera, her hairstyle and profile resembled Kristen, with her white tank top showing, as in the other pictures.Kristen's head is tilted as Rupert's eyes are closed and their heads come together.

A photographer told US Weekly: 'He was all over her. (They) would only take a break when they thought someone was walking by. It seemed like they couldn't get enough."
