It's not easy to say goodbye, says Gurgaon's Rotary Public School students
Farewell parties are nostalgic, celebratory and happen a lot during our younger days. However hard it might be for us to leave our first job, the hardest farewell for most of us remains our school leaving farewell where friends forever weep and say that they will never make friends with anyone else.

Strangely, that remains true as we all make friends after school, but they never get as close to us as school friends. Maybe we grow up and lose the ability to completely trust a stranger and share everything to make them our bosom friends.

I know I digress but those moments are so precious that thousands words cannot describe them and every line remains cheesy but the emotions are universal. I am sure the Rotary Public School student felt the same when they had their farewell party on February 4, 2014.

As is the norm, the occasion was organised by Class XI students for their seniors of Class XII. They not only saw to it that their seniors enjoyed but also entertained them with dance brand performance. The DJ present for the occasion made quite a mark on the students and the seniors thoroughly enjoyed the day.

All the seniors wore beautiful traditional or formal wear and they looked like grown ups ready to face the challenges of world. The day, which started with worshipping almighty culminated with high tea.
