Reality television personality Rob Kardashian with her professional partner Cheryl Burke finished second, whereas Actress and Talk Show hostess Ricki Lake with her partner Derek Hough finished third in the finale of the show.

In the final night of the show, Martinez and Rob with their partners danced to the Samba to music and they both earned perfect scores of 30 points. Kardashian led Martinez by one point after the four rounds of two night’s finale of the Dancing with the Stars, but Martinez with his partner Karina Smirnoff won the 13th season of the show with the public vote.

The two-hour finale of the show featured music by Lady Antebellum whereas all the participant celebrities who have been voted off this season also performed. In the 13th season of the show, Chaz Bono also participated as the first-ever transgender contestant.
