Col. Dhawan Singh, RWA President, suggested to Sangwan that the MCG should take control of every builder's colony under it so that they don't have to depend on private builders for any development work. JAFRA's Col. Ratan Singh suggested that MCG should take help of the media in order to make people aware about house tax. He also suggested that MCG can have a 'single window' specially allocated for this purpose - where every citizen of Gurgaon can take any information related to any property tax.
It was also suggested by RWAs that MCG can divide various sectors of Gurgaon in 4 parts and assign responsibility to collect house tax, and also assign every councillor of wards and president of RWAs to start a survey and remove any kind of discrepancies in collecting house tax.
All representatives of all RWAs also discussed various other problems they are facing in their areas and suggested MCG to look after them. MCG Chief and officials amicably discussed all matters with JAFRA and RWA members and assured them that action will be taken quickly on all matters. He also assured all to discuss major matters like house tax with higher authority and Government.
Sangawan ordered his officials to provide house tax assessment forms to residentials and also ordered to take help of media to create public awareness for house tax. And quickly assigned different officers in various wards, colonies and sectors to collect House Tax.
