Jagan preached his MLAs to be prepared for bye elections, and has told them not to fear any cases against him. He will start his second phase of Odarpu Yatra in Krishna District.
YS JAGANMOHANA Reddy, president of YSR Congress, has told his MLAs that he won’t fear any of the police cases and threats of the state and central governments, and is fully prepared to face any outcome. He asked them go ahead with the resignations. "Your image has been grown after the resignations," he said in a meeting held with them on Thursday. Surveys are in favor of them and no need of fear, is what he has told the party men. He wants to meet them again on September 5.
The YSR Congress President has met the MLAs in favor of him in the wake of cases registered by the Enforcement Directorate under various sections including FERA act. It has been reported that he instructed the MLAs what to do if he was unavailable to carry out the ODARPU YATRA.
The MLAs who resigned will meet the speaker on September 6 to demand their resignations be accepted. If there is a need, they will meet the Governor in this regard. The President of YSR Party Jagan has asked them to be prepared for bye elections.
Meanwhile, Jagan has completed his first phase of Krishna District ODARPU YATRA successfully. He has completed four constituencies of 16 in the district. Wherever he went, he has attracted huge crowds.
