Jaipur to host regional conference on 'Innovations in Citizen Centric Services Delivery'
The two-day conference on 'Innovations in Citizen Centric Services Delivery' is going to be held in Jaipur that begins from December 21. The conference is meant 'to create a common platform to share experiences in the formulation and implementation of best practices in citizen centric governance, improved public service delivery through e-Governance, transparent, accountable and citizen-friendly effective administration'.
According to a press release, delegates from 24 States/UTs of Northern, Southern, Western and Central regions will be participating in the conference.

The conference is being organized by the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions of the Government of India.

Sessions and presentations on Bhamashah Yojana, Management of Land Records; e-Lok Sewa Kendra; CM Office Real-Time Executive (Core) Dash Board; e-Innovations; Disaster Management Consolidation of Departments- Taking Registration nearer to people; Transport wallet; Prerna: Learning Outcomes; Sewa Kendras; CM Window: A Public Grievance Redressal System; Sewa Setu and Chintan Shivir will be held on the first day of the conference.

On the second day of the conference, presentations on Public Services; Dial 100 Emergency Response System; Nirbhaya Homes of Mahila Samakhya; Participatory Governance - Case of Parambikulam Tiger Resort; and Devbhoomi Public Service Centre will be made.
