Jaipur's special education institute Disha to organise workshop on pedagogy of micro-learning and diagnostic-prognostic interventions
It has been conclusively found that workshops and seminars by external experts hardly get transferred to change in classroom practices and there is always non-availability of institutional leadership to carry out the follow-up actions.

Keeping this in view, Disha ? NGO is going to organize internally designed one-day workshop on March 20 with the in-house resources and follow it up with ownership.

One-day workshop on "Pedagogy of Micro-Learning and Diagnostic-Prognostic Interventions" with the following objectives: To understanding pedagogy and micro-learning process to imbibe its steps as education therapy; to discuss use of in-house researches and interventions for individualization of classroom processes for differently-abled children; and to have hands-on experience on creating relevant visual support for diagnostic-prognostic intervention, inform the event organizers at Disha.

The workshop will be split into two parts. First, the presentations and discussions on assumptions of human learning; pedagogy and learning process; diversity in learning styles and paces depending on the existing abilities and strengths of the child; suitability of the process of diagnostic-prognostic approach to micro-learning.

In the second part of the workshop, hands-on experiences will be given to the participants. The sessions on interventions carried out on use of special designed visual support material will be shared; and practice session will be held on creating relevant visual support material.
