Vote Bank Politics and appeasement by Congress and psuedos are twin reasons why Muslim Separatism is growing. The issue is location of Central university in Srinagar instead of Jammu as was earlier decided.Omar Abdullah wants to recover the ground from the recent agitation over Shopian episode. He is actively lobbying for the location of the university at Srinagar. the thinking behind this is that this will change the heart of the people and overnight throw their wight behind him. though Omar Abdullah knows very well this will not change the mindset of the vlley's population yet he is doing his best to disrupt the peace in the valley. To counter Jammu agitation the Govt will urge the people to go for a mass agitation. The separatists will will come to the fore and "HUM KO KYA CHHAYE AZADI will be back again on the valley's streets.the blame for disrupting the peace in the valley will be on the shoulders of Omar Abdullah.
