January 30 to see launch of a movement against corruption
While a lot of corruption cases have been highlighted over the past few decades, one question that looms at large is, how many people have been brought to books?
THE PROPOSED march of people against corruption on January 30 at Jantar Mantar is again an effort by the people who love the country in real terms with out any hunger of a top position or political mileage. People like Kiran Bedi, Anna Hazare and Swami Agnivesh are well known to the masses of the country and we all know they are not doing this for gaining public attention for themselves.

While a lot of corruption cases have been highlighted over the past few decades, one question that looms at large is, how many people have been brought to books? The delay in convicting an accused despite of having sufficient evidences, puts a question mark on the functioning of the judiciary.

Whether it is the case of Nithari killings or of Jessica or any other case in which there were clear evidences against the accused, they were still not sentenced for years. This not only takes unnecessary time of the courts but also delays the justice in other cases. In addition to this there are cases which are alike in nature and kept pending in the lower courts as well.

Coming to the point now, the protest march on January 30th would probably be the first concentrated effort by the masses and the like minded people renowned for their selfless services. Kiran Bedi, as we all know is the ultimate cop, who fearlessly accomplished her role while in uniform. If she is leading the show jointly with Anna Hazare known for his commitment for public welfare, the flame to be ignited on the day will not go off easily. The movement is also necessary because many people in power also want an end to this menace but are helpless due to their corrupt counterparts.

Lets hope for a better and honest India of future. Lets join the movement. Remember, discipline starts from self.

This is my India.......... memory of people is very short and they forget all the corruption charges in the past.... now, we are used to this kind of news. We should raise voice to recover the indian money lying in foreign banks to utilize the same to build a new India afresh...........
