J&K Shri Ram Sena castigates BJP Govt for surrendering before separatists
Shri Ram Sena, Jammu and Kashmir, has severely castigated the BJP led Central Government for surrendering itself before separatists and Kashmir based political parties to save their chair in Jammu and Kashmir State.
Talking to media persons here on Friday, State President Shri Ram Sena Rajiv Mahajan alleged that BJP leadership at Jammu and Kashmir and Centre adopted double standard on the issue of return of Kashmiri Pandits in Valley and identity of West Pakistan Refuges.

"On one hand Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Rajnath Singh claimed the Chief Minister Mufti Muhammad Sayeed assured to earmark 400 Kanals of land in Kashmir for the rehabilitation of Kashmir Pandits and on the other hand Minister of State for Home Affairs Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary said there was no proposal to create separate zones exclusively for Kashmiri Pandits," Rajiv Mahajan alleged.

He added that this double standard of BJP clarify that the central government and BJP leadership of Jammu and Kashmir State, which garnered 25 seats from Jammu in assembly elections, ignored nationalist forces and come down under the pressure of separatists, who also have opposed building of exclusively township for Kashmiri Pandits in the Valley.

He said KP leaders also criticised the separatists and all the other main stream political parties who have been objecting to the establishment of concentrated settlements for the Pandits.

"If decisions of the State and Central Government are made to overturn under pressure then the people will lose faith in it and it has no business to remain in power," he said.

Rajiv Mahajan said that return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir Valley is only possible if government will make separate townships in Kashmir in order to restore the confidence of the Kashmiri Pandits who had welcomed this step.

Castigating the central government over the issuance of Nativity/Identity certificates to West Pakistan Refugees (WPRs), who are living in Jammu and Kashmir since 1947, Rajiv Mahajan said that after clearance from the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, PDP-BJP Coalition Government in the State has started issuing Nativity/Identity certificates to WPRs but Ministers of Home Hansraj Gangaram Ahir and Kiren Rijiju yesterday said that there is no "specific proposal" of providing "nativity and identity certificate" to West Pakistan refugees was under consideration of Jammu and Kashmir Government.

He alleged that the Centre and State Government are sending confusing signals on issuing nativity/identity certificates to West Pak Refugees by its separate statements.

He said that on this issue BJP government also surrender under the pressure of the separatist leaders Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin Malik, who are spearheading the ongoing agitation in the Valley triggered, over the issuing certificates to the WPRs.

He asked the Central Government to provide all benefits to West Pakistan refugees at par with Kashmiri migrants.

He asserted that such attitude of the BJP leadership at Centre and Jammu and Kashmir State shows that BJP bent in front of Kashmir based leadership and ignore Jammuites.

On such behaviour, Rajiv Mahajan suggested the Central Government to tie up with separatists in the Valley and withdraw all 25 seats of BJP in Jammu and Kashmir in their favour.
