SHRI RAM Sena, Jammu and Kashmir has strongly condemned the attack by some militants / miscreants on jawans of Central Reserve Police Force at Kukar Bazar, Lal Chowk Srinagar on Tuesday (March 16) morning.
Shri Ram sena said that the policy of the present state government to rehabilitate the militants, who surrender themselves before the authorities concerned, should not be provided with any kind of rehabilitation. The militants who surrender themselves after killing the army jawans or BSF jawans and after destroying the public property, don’t deserve rehabilitation as their aim and object initially starts to make the killings and destroy the valuable public properties and later on they surrender themselves to take the proper shelter provided by the government while rehabilitation them.
Sena leader Rajiv Mahajan said that militants, who kill army jawans and BSF jawans while they are on duty should be severally punished under law of the country and they should not be spared in any case. If such militants are provided with the rehabilitation when they surrender before the concerned authorities will spoil the image of the administration later on and the circumstances will take place as had taken place during 1990, the circumstances may get worsened. He futher said that Shri Ram Sena, Jammu and Kashmir, has already protested against the withdrawal of 30,000 army personnel as was proposed by the administration of the state government. The executive members of Shri Ram Sena have stressed upon to handover the area of militancy to army and BSF and they should be fully empowered to take any kind of action against the militants, only then the situation of militancy in Kashmir at certain places can be improved which shall be in the interest of the administration of both the Central government as well as state government and also in the interest of the general public for maintaining peace, brotherhood and law and order in Kashmir.
