In the recent Vice-Presidential debate, the Vice-President Joe Biden and the republican nominee Paul Ryan clashed over the Obama administration's policy in Libya and Iran, and how America's stand is now getting weak in the world.
THE DEBATE was very difficult to judge, also for the politically-inclined people. Joe Baden has shown his domination in the debate, and was authoritative, passionate and aggressive when compared to Paul Ryan. This debate was a pure reversal of the first presidential debate. The ninety-minute debate was broken into nine ten minutes segments and the issues that were discussed were domestic and foreign issues. A major topic of the debate was Iran and its plans to develop a nuclear weapon.
Sen. Joseph Robinette Biden, was the youngest U.S senator in modern history and is basically a law degree holder. In the 2007 elections he was nominated as the presidential candidate but dropped out of the race, but in 2008 Barack Obama
wanted him to be the vice presidential running mate. He was a gifted negotiator and helped in reforming the security and foreign relations policies for decades.
Joe Biden is the most respected senator and he has contributed a lot in the fields of civil liberties, crime, foreign policy and college aid/loan programs. He was against the entry of drugs in U.S and has crafted many laws against it like the Violence Against Women Act of 2000 and the Violent Crime Control Act of 1994.
Paul Davis Ryan was born on 29th January, 1970 to Paul Sr. and Betty Ryan's. After his graduation he worked as a marketing consultant for his family business, founded by his great-grandfather in 1884. After that he opened his own consultancy firm and worked for former Sen. Robert Kasten Jr. till 1993. He also worked for the drug 'czar' as a speechwriter.
Paul Davis is representing the new face of the Republican Party. Ryan offered conservative alternatives to both the 2010 Democratic Budget and Obama's health care reform plan. Ryan worked on five major issues immigration, abortion, families, civil rights, gun control and families.
