Former President George W. Bush's close counsel Karl Rove had earlier gone a bit too far to campaign against gay marriages, terming them as anti-Christian. As Karl Rove himself put it, gay marriages destroy the traditional concept of a marriage itself.

As it seems, Karl Rove’s loud resentment over gay marriages was a ploy to please and win favor of loyal Christians.

Karl Rove is now receiving much flak from people, since the concept of divorce too (surprisingly) happens to be against traditional marriage notions, something that he (apparently) swore by.

People are now terming him as a plain hypocrite, bearing in mind that he is somebody who would vouch for family values. Now, it is being said that Rove was never a true Christian himself.
