Kartarpur Corridor: Congress is full of Jaichands
Whenever Pakistan is in distress, someone from India usually gives some opportunity to Pakistan for salvage. All such people are either from 'Great Indian Secular Industry' or Congressmen. While earlier Mani Shankar Aiyer and Salman Khursid were at the forefront, now it's Navjot Singh Siddhu. In this context Kartarpur Corroder project has become a flash point.

As per Pakistani newspaper 'The Dawn', Kartarpur Corridor proposal was given by Pakistan in 1988. Indian sources claim that this proposal was given by Atal Behari Vajpayee to Pakistan during his Lahore Bus-Yatra during 1999. Kartarpur Corridor is 4.7 km corridor between Dera Baba Nanak Sahib (located in Punjab, India) and the holy shrine of Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur in Pakistan. The Corrider is meant for VISA free travel by Sikh devotees from each country to visit to both the sacred place of Sikhs.

It doesn't matter who proposed first but its established fact that in 2000 both India and Pakistan principally agreed for establishing such a Corridor purely from religious point of view. Somehow this proposal remained in paper till 2018 November 26 due to many reasons such as diplomatic relations, political stand points in Pakistan as well as in India.

However, Imran Khan, the present Prime Minister finally gave go ahead as per request of Navjote Siddhu (as claimed). However despite being diplomatically tense relation India reciprocated the Pakistan go ahead. Even Narendra Modi inaugurated the Indian side of Corridor while wishing that peace might be prevailed between two warring countries. He also said that if Berlin wall can be fallen why not there be peace with Pakistan. Modi is a statesman thus he said what a leader should say. What he didn't said is said by the external minister Sushama Swaraj that Pakistan has to end sponsoring and exporting terror before starting any peace debate and kept the Corridor apart from the politics citing it's an religious issue.

India sent two union ministers but external minister didn't accept the invite citing prior commitment. Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh too refused the invitation talking straight that Pakistan is trying to put Punjab on terror map. But Siddhu went on to Pakistan on his personal capacity as a friend of Imran Khan despite being a cabinet minister of Punjab. Anyway going to Pakistan is not wrong but the antics that are anti-India is really condemnable.

Imran Khan used the platform to raise the Kashmir issue, insulted Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Both union ministers gave a controlled and purely religious speech hoping for peace (subject to conditions) But Navjot Siddhu became so placated by Pakistani love that he forgotten that he's a minister of Indian state. He poured praises on Imran Khan (despite Khan insulted Indian PM). He then said that he is more popular in Pakistan than India (A line which Mani Shankar Ayer always claims) and shared dais as well as photos with well-established Khalistani memebers. In fact in the first day when he conducted three press conferences praising Pakistan, pro-Khalistan posters were everywhere around him. He even had a closed door meeting with Khalistan activist Gopal Singh Chawla. Same Chawla was on phone to CNN-News 18 said that Punjab is Khalistan and Indian state occupied this. Chawla is also an aid of Hafiz Saeed.

Point is simple, when Pakistan is exporting terror and separatists sentiments to India, shouldn't be people like Siddhu who is a cabinet minister behave accordingly? Or he is overwhelmed when Imran Khan said that Siddhu could be future PM of India? Isn't he irresponsible? Isn't he harming Indian interest because Pakistan will use Siddhu in the international platform to embarrass India?

Where is Congress party and Rahul Gandhi? They never took action against Mani Shankar Ayer or Salman Khurshid. In this case also Punjab CM captain Amarinder Singh is critical on Siddhu's antics yet Siddhu doesn't care. That means Siddhu has direct blessing/approval of Rahul Gandhi to placate Pakistan against Narendra Modi.

What a tyranny. Pakistan is also asking for removal of Narendra Modi along with opposition parties of India. And then opposition parties don't think any wrong in this. According to them Pakistan is right to demand Modi's removal. Why they say so? Do they think by standing with Pakistan, they will get Muslim votes in India? If yes, then they think that Indian Muslims are pro-Pakistan. I don't believe this. I think despite so many differences no Indian Muslim ever support Pakistan. In fact they the most vocal critic of Pakistan in any TV debates.

Now question comes why India remained dependent for so many centuries and even now not able to be united on a single enemy nation? The possible answer might be that Jaichands are always existed in India in the form of various groups, parties, politicians, antillectuals etc. How to get rid of such Jaichands? My answer would be that it's Indian public who should identify and isolate such jaichands else there would be democracy but Ghulami will never end.
