We can't blame security force for the situation in Kashmir; the actual picture is totally different and we have to throw out these unwanted elements from our society if we want peace in the Valley.
THE VALLEY has been witnessing violent protest once again. But I want to tell to all Indians and specially our media industry that Kashmir is an integral part of India and will remain the same. According to media, police should let themselves be beaten and if they respond back then these people make this an issue.
Media reports show that a nine years old child was killed during the protest but the question is what this nine years old child was doing over there. The answer is simple, this is a new strategy of Inter-Services Intelligence and their supporters to put Kashmir on boil.
According to Home Secretary G K Pillai, any one who breaks law and attacks police post can’t termed as innocent civilian. I totally agree with the Home Secretary because Central Reserve Police Force is doing their duty and not only civilian but there are many policemen who were also injured in the protest. You can’t blame security force for such situation; the actual picture is totally different and we have to throw out these unwanted elements from our society if we want peace in the Valley. Many reports reveal that these young protestors get paid from their mentors for stone pelting and even our intelligence agencies revealed this many a times. According to Pillai, “I think this is all nonsense being whipped up by the separatist elements to create confusion in Jammu and Kashmir. As you are aware, it is been one of the best tourist seasons in J&K, double the number of tourists that have come to Kashmir this year as compared to last year. The overall law and order situation has been improving and I think that is something that the separatist elements find very difficult to stomach."
We must understand that this is nothing but just to create confusion among the Indians and our civil society. Our government is doing enough to retain peace in the Valley. Army should be there to control the situation and strengthen if required.
