HISTORY REPEATED itself when Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and actress Katrina Kaif were voted the “Sexiest Asian Man” and “Sexiest Asian Woman” of 2010 respectively. Both of them were in 2009 also crowned with the same titles. Giving tough competition to the Kapoor lad was heartthrob John Abraham, who narrowly missed the top spot and ended up being second followed by Hrithik Roshan. The fourth and fifth spot went to R&B star Jay Sean and Pakistani singer and actor Ali Zafar respectively.

Katrina clung to this spot as she is by far one of the most photographed celebrities in the world. The Tees Maar Khan actress also being one of the most bankable stars did her bit by taking the nation by storm in her latest song Sheila Ki Jawaani. After bagging the title, Kat told reporters that she was very happy that she made it to the top of Eastern Eye's list again. England is of course a very special place to her and it was very sweet being voted the sexiest by them. She also thanked everyone for their support.

As the list of this year's winners were announced, Eastern Eye writer Asjad Nazir told reporters that although Bollywood heroines dominated the top 10, the list for 2010 included stunning beauty pageant winners, top actresses from around the world, pop stars and TV personalities. That is why Katrina should be deservedly proud of her amazing win.

Last year's runners up included Priyanka Chopra, Freida Pinto, British actress Laila Rouass, Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Pakistani model Mehwish Hayat and Deepika Padukone and rapper Hard Kaur came last.
