Keeping a gun can not be a fundamental right?
Recently Supreame court of USA has passed a rule that keeping arms is a fundamental right.We have seen how frequently incidents of killings have been observed.This type of right will increase such more voilent and blood sheded incidents.
THE US SUPREME Court ruled for the first time Monday that the Second Amendment provides all Americans a fundamental right to bear arms. Although the court was considering a restrictive hand gun law in Chicago and one of its suburbs that was similar to the District law that it ruled against in 2008. One Justice Stephen G. Breyer objected to the majority decision, and read his dissent from the bench. He disagreed with the majority that it is a fundamental right, and said the court was restricting state and local efforts from designing gun control laws that fit their particular circumstances, and turning over all decisions to federal judges. Joining him with dissenting votes were John Paul Stevens, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Soto mayor. Stevens wrote his own dissent and did not join Brayer’s. Some years back, when I was in New Jersey at my cousin brother’s house, he was looking annoyed that why citizens of USA are allowed to keep such arms and even teenagers are free to use them, according to their wishes. Once a teenage boy had hit his car on a street of Jersey , simply on asking its reason, the boy answered it is his wish and he did the blunder. On the second moment, on little discussion he took out his revolver and he used the same. Every one knows how frequently these hand guns are being used even in primary and middle level schools. Democracy means equal weight age should be given to rights and duties/obligations. The liberal attitude does not mean liberal concessions.
