Kejriwal admitted in hospital; FIR lodged against unknown persons for breaking laws during protest
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has to be admitted in a Ghaziabad hospital as he was down with fever. The Delhi CM called off his agitation against the union home ministry yesterday night after an appeal from Delhi's LG Najib Jung who also sent two police officials on a three day leave following AAP's demand of action against Delhi police personnel accused of misbehaving with ministers Somnath Bharti and Rakhi Bidhlan.

Meanwhile the Parliament Street Police in New Delhi has registered and FIR against some unknown person for violating section 144 and using loud speakers in the prohibited zone. According to reports, the case has been registered at the Parliament Street Police Station under Section 186 & 133 of the Indian Penal Code.

Kejriwal said that he was calling off the agitation in wake of the Republic Day celebrations and LG's appeal. The CM said that it is just a partial victory for them and the people of Delhi.

Initially the AAP leader was demanding suspension of at least five police officials involved in scuffle with his ministers. Later he got ready to settle down at their transfers. However, in last the home ministry sent the two SHOs, one from Malviya Nagar and and one from Pahar Ganj on leave. The two police officers have not been suspended but they will report to police lines of their concerned district.

The Kejriwal-led Delhi government and the home ministry were under immense pressure to solve the issue as soon as possible in wake of the Republic Day celebrations ahead and trouble to the commoners because many roads had to be closed along with four metro stations near by the protest venue outside the Rail Bhavan.

The protest which was supposed to be peaceful had become violent after the police and AAP volunteers clashed with each other. Moreover, for the first time it also looked that Arvind Kejriwal was not receiving all out support from people for his agitation as witnessed from the updates and tweets on social networking sites.
