Kellie Pickler engaged to Kyle Jacobs on her late grandmother's birthday

IT WAS a great day for the alum of American Idol season 5, Kellie Pickler, when her boyfriend Kyle Jacobs, songwriter, proposed to her on Florida Beach. The day coincides with the birth anniversary of her late grandmother, Faye Pickler, June 15.
According to the reports, Jacobs had pre-planned the proposal. He has arranged for the champagne and candles and took Kellie to the Florida Beach and finally proposed her. Jacobs said that they held each other, had the most beautiful prayer and had little champagne, talked, laughed and cried together. Kellie, who met Jacobs some two and a half years ago through friends, is the third recent country would be bride after her friends Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood. To which Kellie said that they were happy for each other and will have some girl talk to share ideas. They keep joking about how there must be something in the water.
