THE MUCH awaited wedding of the year, in America, finally happened and much to the disappointment of the fans of the Kardashians they established no fashion statement with the event. On the contrary, some reputed media outlets in America called the whole affair very dull as far as fashion goes. All who follow the very popular Kardashians would know that Kim finally tied the knot with beau Khris on Saturday, and it was anticipated to be a wedding where everyone would set up an individual style yet the whole affair was quite sedate and dull.

Contrary to what Kim Kardashian previously said, “old Hollywood gown which won't reveal too much” about her gown, she wore an off shoulder gown which exposed her shoulder and left very little to the imagination.

The Vera Wang gown had all Veera Wang qualities of flowing trail, a splendid veil and the princess like feel yet somehow Kim failed to pull it off. Kim Kardashians looked nice with the head gear. The veil which came with the bejewelled head band was modern, sheer and complimented the heavy Veera Wang gown.

All the bridesmaid including Kim Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, 55, went for an off-shoulder dress. She flaunted the bow dress which is being revived in the recent past. Her two sisters, Kourtney, 32, and Khloe, 27, wore fishtail-style dresses.

Many of the guests could be seen wearing the same kind of dresses that was seen in the marriage of Kate and William. To cite an example would be Lindsay Lohan who sported the Alice Temperley 'Arabia' gown in a shade of white, which was also worn by Pippa Middleton during the reception of Kate and William. All the guests were requested to come to the ceremony wearing white or black and many of the guests looked as if they were going to the office rather than to a marriage ceremony.
