Kiran Kumar government to rectify the mistake
Kiran Kumar's conspiracy has finally been understood by the ministers who received the Supreme Court notices. Now they are getting ready to counter it by submitting the affidavits.

THE KIRAN Kumar Reddy’s government in Andhra Pradesh has finally understood what mistake it did earlier regarding Jagan‘s disproportionate assets case. Now it is re-thinking on submitting affidavits (it was mum when the High Court asked) individually by the ministers who received the Supreme Court notices.

“If 26 GO’s are wrong issued by Rajasekhara Reddy Government, no GO issued by any government since independence would be correct,” said Agriculture Minister Kanna Laxminarayana. This clearly indicates the conspiracy of Kirankumar Government to defame former Chief Minister Rajasekhra Reddy and his son Jagan Mohan Reddy.

“The 26 GOs were issued according to the business rules of the government and in view of the development of the state. The CBI is viewing these GOs as the other side of the coin. CBI was doing wrong in investigating GOs,” said the griculture minister and former industries' minister in YSR Government.

He further said that if cabinet decisions are wrong all the ministers in the governments of all states and centre would be in jail. “If this was the situation, no minister can function in the future,” he stated in Hyderabad, after a meeting with a lawyer who is going to argue in Supreme Court.

Earlier the Kiran Kumar government was adamant when asked by the High Court to file the affidavit as Kiran thought if affidavits are not submitted it will aggravate Jagan's case. Now it has been reversed and due to this act, his own cabinet colleagues are in danger of going to jail, if affidavits are not submitted.

Already Mopidevi Venkata Ramana is in jail and one more minister Dharmana Prasada Rao is on the same path. The remaining four ministers, Kanna Laximinarayana, Dr. Geeta Reddy, Sabita Indra Reddy and Ponnala Laxmayya are waiting for their turn as and when the CBI will file the charge sheet.

Kiran is trying his level best to save the Dharmana Prasada Rao but CBI has moved further sending summons, asking him to attend the court proceedings on 25th of this month. The aim of the government is to imprison Jagan at any cost to save their skin before the 2014 general elections.
