Naresh Kadyan, a social activist in Kadyan Khap International (KKI) who has approached various authorities for bring change in the system and taking appropriate action against the violators, defaulters, has now approached the Election Commission of India (ECI) to introduce Moral Code of Conduct for political leaders in India.
Kadyan, based at Rohini in Delhi, in his email  has intimated about his lodging of complaint with the ECI on Labour Day under No.DL/1/13304767 to introduce Model Code of Conduct for fair and transparent election process, like wise Moral Code of Conduct.

He has further mention in his email that it is the need of the hour and needed now to introduce moral code of conduct and after May 16, 2014 on the elected candidates.

He has stressed that  moral values needs attention because many candidates like Hema Malini, who is  unofficial wife of Dharmendra Deol, Narender Modi married life was behind curtain for many years, Rajya Sabha MP Digvijay Singh love story also exposed and accepted, N.D. Tiwari admitted his biological son after losing legal battle and Rohit became Tiwari now.

Kadyan Khap International is of the opinion that Member of Parliament, MLA's and other elected body members represent their voters and they must be ideal for rest of the world and the Moral Code for political leaders need to be introduced without any further delay.

KKI is also of the view that ECI will refuse to take any decision but this is a burning issue in the interest of public, which needs immediate attention.
