The concept and presence of God has always been a bone of contention between science and the religious groups. However, this article does not intend to add fuel to the fire, but explains the phenomenon called God.

THE WHOLE human race has been engaged since a very long time in finding the answers to the question “What is God?” The more they try to find out the answer and know about God, the more is the intensity to know more about God. Many different religions have tried to define God, and help its followers to adopt this life, way to worship and to lead life to show his bond with god.

A study of different religions would show that all of them have a similar philosophy about the definition of God, though they adopt different means to worship and identify themselves with God.

The name of God has been adopted from three characters G, O, D. God moves in a mysterious way.

G means Generator

God is the sole power who has created everything in this universe. The mystery of their root, the powers that sustains human being, plants, animals and this universe. This power has been beyond the comprehension of human brain.
God is the generator of everything we see around us.

“God’s mouth knows not to utter falsehood, but he will perform each word.”

O means Operator

God is the operator of everything in this universe. Human race has forever been searching the processes that regulate the operation of the plants, animals and the universe. The whole human race comprising of all religions has accepted that God is the operator of everything we see, feel and think.

“Earth with her thousand voices, praises god.”

All religions accept that everything in this universe has a soul, which has power to operate life. When living things die, the soul leaves the physical entity which is the body.

D means Destructor

God is the destructor of everything in the universe. The plants, animals and each item in the universe have a definite life and dies upon completion. The mystery of why life dies, what happens to it after death, does it get recreated, is still mysteries for the human brain to find an appropriate answer. So all the human race comprising of all religions accept that God is the destroyer of everything that he creates and operates.

With full acceptance of God, great philosophers have tried to evolve the ways and means by which human race can lead a virtuous life, realising God, transferring knowledge of God to community. New generations are engaging in ever evolving ways to realize and understand the knowledge of God, and his powers.

“If God didn’t exist, man would have to invent it.”

God is considered to send supreme souls to help human life. These great people get mixed with other super creations of nature after their death.

The souls are considered the power to derive life. God is considered as the supreme power that gives life to the universe and beyond. The everlasting message of God, propagated by the super souls has lead to the evolution of different sects and religion. So God is the creator of the universe and ultimate source of knowledge, power and love.
