Lady Gaga sued: Former producer claims $30 million
According to Rob Fusari, who filed the lawsuit on Wednesday at the New York State Supreme Court, he was largely responsible for the transformation of Stefani Germanotta into Lady Gaga, claiming that he had helped her with the pop name too.

GRAMMY WINNER Lady Gaga is being sued by former producer who claims that he was instrumental to her fame and had been shortchanged by her on fees and royalties. Rob Fusari, who was at one time romantically involved with the singer, has claimed $30 million.

According to Rob Fusari, who filed the lawsuit on Wednesday at the New York State Supreme Court, he was largely responsible for the transformation of Stefani Germanotta into Lady Gaga, claiming that he had helped her with the pop name too.

The two had met through friends and subsequently developed a personal relationship. However, when it got over, Rob Fusari claims, he was thrown out of her record deals, not paid royalties and his producer fee was cut too.

The case said, "All business is personal. When those personal relationships evolve into romantic entanglements, any corresponding business relationship usually follows the same trajectory so that when one crashes they all burn. That is what happened here."

Lady Gaga, who won numerous awards, apart from becoming a phenomenon in music sales is known for her songs like "Bad Romance" and Poker Face," is known for onstage antics delivered to thrill audiences.
