Lady walks into ISRO headquarters with fake ID

Buela M Sam, mother of two walked into the ISRO headquarters with a fake ID card and had previously stayed at the guesthouse as well on the basis of same card. Apart from this, the lady also had other fake ID cards.

FORTY-YEAR-old Kerala resident, Buela M Sam, stayed at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) guesthouse for two days, after which she also went to the ISRO headquarters. But it was only at the headquarters that her fake identity was exposed.

It was the alert security men who asked for her identity card and after which, she was arrested by security forces. It was her behaviour that made the security personnel even more suspicious. She had an ID card, which showed that she was a senior scientist.

Along with it, the lady also possessed various forms of other fake identity cards such as pan and aadhar cards in different names. There are chances that these fake cards must have been used in an illegal manner for other purposes as well. It has also been reported that the lady has been in a state of shock after her father's death, but this is no excuse for the lady possessing such illegal national identity cards. She is married to a high school teacher, Alex Thomas.

Jyoti Prakash Mirji, Police Commissioner, Bangalore in this nnis video says, “A case has been registered under crime no 293, under section 448, 171, 471, 465, 467. Then she has been arrested and produced before the court. The court has been sentenced for judicial custody till October 6.” This case has been looked into seriously by the concerned authorities, as the Intelligence Bureau have been told to look into the case.

In the entire episode a glaring question crops up. How did the ISRO officials let her stay in their guesthouse, when she did even not posses a legal ID card? This reflects the carelessness on the part of the ISRO guesthouse officials.
