A complaint in this regard has already been made to Chief Justice of India KG Balakrishnan, who then called the Karnataka Chief Justice to Delhi and sought explanation on the allegations beings levelled against him.

In a letter written by lawyers of the Madras High Court and endorsed by four senior advocates of Supreme Court comprising Shanti Bhushan, Anil Divan, Ram Jethmalani and Fali Nariman, serious allegations were made against Justice Dinakaran and they spoke against his elevation to the Supreme Court.

Constitutional experts are demanding that there needs to be an investigation into the allegations against Justice Dinakaran. While admitting that the bar was just trying to warn the highest judiciary of the dangers related with an appointment.

Meanwhile, the Karnataka High Court judge has refuted these allegations and said that he belonged to a rich agrarian family and he had no need to commit any wrongdoing.
