With the final three contestants holding the fort, after a visit to their hometowns, the American Idol season 9 is heading towards a grand finale by next week. The fact that one of the three performers will be leaving tonight isn't lost out on anyone. Lee DeWyze and Crystal Bowersox are speculated to be the main competition in the final three, even as Casey James, in a recent Idol episode said he was "just happy to be here."
