In an attempt to improve bringing major reform and bring major reform in education system in private schools the Delhi government has passed three bills today.

The three education bills that have been passed will regulate the refund of excess fees at private institutions, and will also do away with the screening processes at nursery and scrap the no detention policy till class 8th.

The education bills that have been passed by the Delhi Government are:

The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (Delhi Amendment) Bill:

The Government has come to this decision after referring to the argument that no-detention policy was affecting the quality of education.
