HOLLYWOOD DIVA Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against financial company E-Trade for $100 million for a commercial that showed a joke about a "milkaholic" named "Lindsay." Actress Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, filed a lawsuit on Monday on the behalf of actress Lindsay Lohan in Nassau County Supreme Court over the commercial that debuted during the Super Bowl this year.

Lohan's lawyer, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna.
