The maiden visit and concert of LMFAO's Redfoo has given rise to a number of headlines to Gurgaon and Mumbai (the two places he performed) papers. What the American rapper likes about India, will he visit again and the rest have been elaborately discussed. However, we have not looked into the Indian audience point of view and whether they have loved the performance by the singer or not. Did the Miley Cyrus kind of performance go well with the people in the audience, which had quite a number of families is a question, which no one has answered. Talking to a few people who attended the concert we got some amazing answers.
Allekhya Sheorean, a student loved the performance. Talking about the experience in Guragon's Kingdom of Dreams, she said, '' It was an amazing event and as usual I just loved the songs 'Shots' and 'Sexy and I know it.'' On being asked as to was she comfortable with the stripping of Redfoo to his underwear, she candidly pointed out, '' The artists perform according to their and audiences compatibility, so I think there's no problem in it.''
The were a number of young people in the concert. They are very comfortable in their own skin and knows that gyrating is a thing of the past and what is in is twerking. They did not give a second thought to some innocent heat-of-the-moment-stripping by the lead. Shekhar Khanna, a self proclaimed party animal had a great time on May 10 and when asked about whether Gurgaon
was ready said, ''Stripping was unexpected and fun, the screams just got louder :P, I surely think yes! WE ARE READY!''
The same cannot be said for a parent who went to see the concert with his twin daughters and wishes to remain anonymous was disgusted with the show and said, ''It was not what I had in mind, and I was not in a frame of mind to see someone strip in a concert. Moreover, I don't think he has a great body that he can just strip to his bare essentials.''
This was not the only thing, which put a mark on the evening. The rain almost played a spoilsport but not many minded the slight drizzle and felt that it added to the charm of the evening. Commenting on the rain, Khanna said, ''The rain never played a dampener. Nobody moved one bit, Dancing was on, rain was on, nothing stopped, awesomeness was on!''
All in all Gurgaon had a fun evening and with good security and Redfoo's stripping got lot of reactions.
