The locals who also submitted the memorandum in the PWD office and to the office of Director General of Police stated that the illegal structures built by the migrants close to the connecting water pipeline to Sanguem dam service road was used by migrants for its illegal residential purpose along with heavy vehicles passing through the road.

This has caused fear and danger in to the minds of hundred of locals of the Jaica water pipeline being burst due to the frequent movement of migrants and heavy vehicles along the water pipeline service road.
