The kind of conduct what is desirable in present times of materialism and commercialization meaning thereby not harming others to benefit oneself.
The choice of Lord Krishna by Arjuna as a manager of the war Mahabharata was best and achieved victory. In any company if the manger possesses the leadership qualities to get the work done from its employees and subordinates is all right. On the other hand, if as company possess ideal employees but no manager to provide leadership who can give direction. There can be problems of many kinds which will ruin the company.
Lord Krishna in BG said that war is fought for moral values known as ethics. The best possible motivation of Arjuna. To achieve the impossible targets by the manager of today, we need motivators of the kind of Lord Krishna.
There is no place for ego as authenticated in BG. The manager as team leader should not take the credit for the success of the company. To digest every kind of success in life, we should avoid ego.
A manager should forgive and give mercy to the notorious workers for mistakes in the beginning. They need to be alerted time and again. If need be, they should be punished also so that it becomes example for others.
We need patience, no hurry which requires the manger to possess big heart. If need be discipline has to be maintained with no softness. In totality, we should accept Lord Krishna as a management guru with sermons for the corporate sector of 21st century. To create work culture, there is need of converting holiday culture in to holy-day culture.
It is firmly believed by the author that the rate of progress in spiritualism is faster than the rate of progress in materialism, therefore, there is need of accepting spiritually guided materialism making a case for 'needonomics' and no to 'greedonomics' as a solution of various problems.
