Love: Now and then
With changing times, the essence of love has also undergone a great transformation. Today, love is for physical appearance and not for eternal beauty. The problem is that people are unable to distinguish between infatuation and love

TODAY, LOVE is the passion of the 21st century. A century where love is in air in different forms of culture. Love is nothing but a world of dreams where people try to forget the reality of life.

In today’s modern world, love actually means exchange of gift and valuable things, which makes people happy. According to me, in most of the cases, if you want to love a person you need to have money to spend on the person you love.

The main aim that has developed in the present generation is that everyone should have a girlfriend or a boyfriend as the case may be. The problem, which lies before them, is that they are unable to distinguish between infatuation and love.

Today, love is for physical appearance and not for internal beauty. But when we think of love in its traditional concept, we come to realise its value and importance where love actually is a feeling, which binds heart to heart. It means faith, trust, belief on a particular person, for whom you can sacrifice anything and everything. It doesn't have any barrier of caste, religion, poverty, physical appearance, age. Rather, it is a relationship tied with the thread of faith, sacrifice, feeling of one's heart and purity of one's mind.

In love, you just give and never expect anything in return. To carry on a relationship, one has to often sacrifice something for the sake of others’ happiness or else the relationship starts fading.

Loving a person is in one's hand but getting him surely is not in our hand. So it is our duty to pray for the happiness of the person, whom we love.

We should love the person, who loves us and not the person whom we love. We should always try to make our love as our strength and not our weakness because sticking to a thing, I believe, is a sign of strength not weakness.

Everyone today "falls in love" but I suppose that people should always "rise in love". In our Indian mythology, the reference of love between lord Krishna and Radha is a great example of true and divine love and it doesn’t need any explanation. They were two different individuals but they are worshipped as a symbol of purity and divine love till today. They are always remembered together in spite of the fact that they were never married.

“Love is a game, lovers are player. Everyone loves somebody but true love is rare. If you find a true love then everything is here”

.Why LOVE is Often associated with Falling in Love with a Person ? A Person can Rise in LOVE with his/her IDEA too !! Like Talibans have Risen in Love with the IDEA of Killing innocent people !!
