Kareena Kapoor is the sixth Indian actress to be immortalised in wax. The other five who are already there, have also shared turbulent relations with one another. With Tassauds planning a world wide exhibition, will it slowly melt itself from the tension
THE INDIAN film industry thrives on rumours. Amongst the many rumours that people are exposed to, here comes another one that is not meant to harm anyone. With Kareena Kapoor being the latest and the sixth entrant from Bollywood in the coveted Madame Tassauds wax statues league, the organisation seems to be pushing itself slowly towards the line of fire. Chances are high with Madame Tassauds planning a global exhibition of its Bollywood stars, which includes actors such as Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan.

The names above obviously remind one of the turbulent relations they have shared at one point of time. Salman and Aishwarya going on a tour is unfathomable and even their statues being placed alongside will create ripples. So is the case with once fast friends turned foes Shah Rukh and Salman. However, with Kareena being the latest joinee, sparks may fly once again between the Bachchans and the Kapoors after the infamous fallout between Karisma Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan.
The list does not stop here. Hrithik, too, has shared cold vibes with Salman and Shah Rukh in the past, but all that is forgiven cannot be forgotten. These stars, like a lead singer of the band who thinks he is bigger than the band, have their own airs.
With so much hot and cold past between all these stars, it's a wonder Madame Tassauds Bollywood section has not melted - what with all the heat amongst the actors and actresses. Madame Tassauds has always maintained that it believes in immortalising people in wax who have been famous or infamous. It is not clear whether the outside world knows what’s cooking in the Indian film industry but their world wide tour, which started on October 8 and will conclude on December 28, will certainly make the immortalised people a bit uncomfortable.
