Madhubala as 'Anarkali' to feature at Madame Tussauds museum in Delhi
Veteran actress of Indian cinema of yesteryears, Madhubala, has always been considered as a timeless beauty. The late actress is still remembered for her outstanding acting skills.

Madhubala is undoubtedly one of the most iconic facesto have ever graced the silver screen of Hindi cinema. The actress enjoyed unparalleled stardom during the late 50s and early 60s before her untimely demise in 1969 at the young age of 36.

But now, a waxed version of the late actress is all set to mark its entry at India's first Madame Tussauds museum, which is scheduled to open later this year in New Delhi, according to PTI.

Madhubala's wax statue, which will join other Bollywood celebrities at the museum will be styled on her 1960's historical drama Mughal-e-Azam's character 'Anarkali'.

Anshul Jain, General Manager and Director, Merlin Entertainments India Pvt Ltd, said, "We are glad to have the figure of Madhubala at Madame Tussauds Delhi. She continues to rule the hearts of billions of fans in the nation."

He further added, "We are sure that her magnetic beauty will attract her fans to click a selfie and relive a special moment with her and to be transported back to the golden era of cinema."

Other celebrities whose wax figures will be seen at the museum are Bollywood's Shahenshah Amitabh Bachchan; Baadshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan; andof singers Shreya Ghoshal and Asha Bhonsle among others.
