Mahindra Navistar's MN 25 now basks in the glory of two coveted awards under its belt. Winning the 'CV of the year' as well as the ' HCV Truck of the Year (Rigid)' at the APOLLO Tyres - CV Magazine Awards 2011.
AT THE Auto Expo 2010 Mahindra Navistar had boldly announced the coming of age in the Indian transport sector with its MN25, MN31, MN25 Tipper and MN40 range of commercial vehicles (CVs). Now, merely a year since the MN25 made an appearance in India, the fame and recognition are already rolling in.
The prestigious APOLLO Tyres – CV Magazine Awards are the definitive benchmark for excellence in commercial vehicles in India. The awards were given to the company for the 'CV of the Year' as well as the 'HCV truck of the Year', and these were received by Nalin Mehta, MD, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd. in the presence of Dr. Pawan Goenka, President, AFS, Mahindra & Mahindra and others from the management team of Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd. The award ceremony was validated with the presence of CV industry luminaries like Prakash Telang, MD of TATA Motors; R Seshasayee, Executive Vice Chairman of Ashok Leyland; Anirudh Bhuwalka, MD & CEO of AMW Motors; Sudhir Mehta, MD of MAN FORCE Trucks; Ashutosh Khosla, ED, Piaggio Vehicles along with Satish Sharma, Chief – India Operations, Apollo Tyres; Hoshang Billimoria, CEO, Next Gen Publishing and Sridhar Chari, Editor, CV Magazine.
