Manasvi Mamgai wins Pantaloon Femina Miss India 2010
Manasvi Mamgai, 22-year model born in Delhi was crowned the Pantaloons Femina Miss India World 2010 on Friday 30th April 2010.
MANASVI MAMGAI, 22-year model born in Delhi was crowned the Pantaloons Femina Miss India World 2010 on Friday 30th April 2010. The newly crowned beauty has just started her journey as she would be representing India at the Global Pageant this year in October. The final 18 contestants were judged by a jury inclusive of Bollywood director Anurag Basu, writer Chetan Bhagat, actress Shilpa Shetty, actor Kunal Kapoor, boxer Vijender Singh, tennis star Sania Mirza and designer Ritu Beri. However, this year Sushmita Sen's production company Tantra Entertainment was selected as an Indian franchise to select a contestant for the Miss Universe Pageant which has been renamed as Miss International Pageant. Tantra has selected Neha Hinge, 23 who was crowned Miss India International 2010. While Nicole Faria, 20 was crowed Miss India Earth 2010.
As per the tradition, the 2010 winners were crowned by the previous years winners which includes Pantaloons Femina Miss India World 2009 Pooja Chopra, Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2009 Earth Shriya Kishore and Pantaloons Femina Miss India Universe 2009 Ekta Choudhary.
